IT Consulting is what we would like to refer to as an IT Liaison. Many companies don't have full time IT departments, but they have ongoing computer needs and questions. They need help navigating the ever changing landscape of IT. IT consultants wear many hats.
- A Liaison: We realize that our clients have complicated systems from multiple vendors that they need help with. We act as a go between between them and the vendors. We help our clients understand all the technical jargon the large software vendors use. We also save our clients money by communicating with vendors, setting expectations, and not letting vendors take advantage of our clients.
- A Manager: Our clients are busy running their businesses and don't have the technical know-how or the desire to manage complex IT projects. We manage these projects for you and keep things running smoothly so you can run your buiness.
- An Engineer/Installer: We engineer, install, and implement complex IT projects so that you do not have to. Most projects we can handle in house; it's nice to have a one stop shop. If we do get in over our heads we have dynamic partnerships that we can leverage to get any job done.
- As One of The Staff: We like to operate like we are one of your staff. How would we want to be treated, how can we give the best service, what is the best solution that will give the company the most competitive advantage, what is the best value, how do implement things cost effectively but not cheaply. These are questions that a staff member of a company would ask when evaluating a solution, and these are the questions we ask and the metrics we use when consulting with our clients.
